Doug has more than 25 years of general practice experience. Upon earning his J.D. in 1990 from Seton Hall University Law School, Doug clerked in the Hudson County Superior Court for the Honorable Seymour Margulies, J.S.C., and the Honorable Charles J. Harrington Jr., J.S.C. In addition to his general litigation, residential/commercial real estate and community association practice, Doug has represented clients in Municipal Courts throughout the State of New Jersey. In addition, he has been the Public Defender for the Township of Roxbury Municipal Court for six years. Prior to the formation of Sclar & Sclar, LLC, Doug maintained a general practice law firm.
