For more than 30 years, Brad has focused his practice on construction and public contracting law and litigation. In addition to his law firm experience, Brad spent several years as in-house counsel for a general contracting company. Knowledge gained working on both sides of the fence gives him a creative perspective few construction attorneys possess. He has represented building contractors, construction managers, developers, architects, material suppliers, and public and private owners, including NJ school districts and municipalities. Insurance carriers who have assigned their difficult cases to Brad include Travelers, Zurich and AIG.
